This place is an exceptional value for money, even (so far as I can tell) in already-budget-friendly Cambodia. The location is just a block or so from the Night Market--Pub Street is a 5 minute walk, but the hotel itself is very quiet, and it's in the zone for free pick-up if you organize a tour. I was upgraded to a room right off the pool, and it was spacious and had both A/C and a ceiling fan (also a fridge/mini bar, but no TV, FYI). The pool and pool area were clean and beautifully landscaped. Service was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, from a warm welcome to a warm goodbye. The kitchen produces solid food and real coffee at a competitive rate ($5 for a set breakfast that includes main, juice, fruit and tea or coffee, 2-for-1 happy hour). If you are looking for something like a Ritz or Hilton, this isn't it--but in terms of personal service, good location, and a memorable stay, it's hard to beat. Oh, and they always welcomed me back with a cold towel-delightful in the June heat!

Everything, close to the pub street, but the hotel is a very silent place. All the staff was very helpful and polite.

The staff made the stay seem comfortable and like home. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, and they greeted you with a big smile every time.

The vibe of the hotel is amazing: tropical, with so much lush plants. The pool area was serene. And the food and drinks were tasty.

A small but boutique style hotel. Excellent facilities, great pool, and friendly staff. The pool was EXCELLENT. So close to the rooms and plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels offered. It wasn’t crowded and the pool was open late. The spa services offered were great and an excellent value. The restaurant on site was delicious and offered to bring our food to the room.

El hotel es precioso y está todo súper limpio. La piscina es muy bonita, tiene opción de jacuzzi y está rodeada de naturaleza por todos lados. La habitación es mucho más grande de lo que nos esperábamos, algo raro en Asia. Puedes ir andando a todos lados.

The hotel is the perfect location in Siem Reap. When we arrived we were greeted with cold towels and complimentary fruit and drink while we were checking in. Michael who greeted us was exceptionally nice and made sure anything we needed was looked after. The hotel, rooms and pool are exceptionally clean and perfect for a luxury stay. The staff are the reason this place deserves its high rating. Always greeting us when we return after a long day with cold towels, asking if we need anything and wishing us a good day when we leave. It made the whole experience of Siem Reap 10 times better. If looking for a hotel in Siem Reap, choose here it will not let you down one bit!

Attentive, warm, and hospitable staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and wonderful stay in Siam Reap. Being greeted with cold, jasmine-scented towels and complimentary mango juice and tea upon arrival after trekking through hot Cambodian sun all day was unexpected and the special treatment I didn't know we needed! Special thanks to Michael/Pheareak for making our short stay in Cambodia so special and comfortable - highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Angkor Wat! It's a relief to come home to after a long, hot day!

The hotel staff are all exceptionally friendly, always pleasant, and very helpful. The garden surroundings are lovely as is the pool and lounging area. The food was well prepared and delicious. Dining area is small, but quaint. The hotel location is ideal for walks to Pub Street or the Night Markets. I feel fortunate to have found such a perfect gem of a place to spend a week in Siem Reap!
