Pros:

Eine außergewöhnlich gepflegte Anlage. Sehr schöner Pool und Garten. Michael und das gesamte Personal waren äußerst aufmerksam. Man kann sich mit allen Wünschen an Michael wenden, der kompetent in jeder Hinsicht ist.

Estancia perfecta, repetiríamos
Pros:

Está muy cuidado, las habitaciones tienen mucho encanto así como las zonas comunes (impresionante la piscina)

El hotel está en plena ciudad muy bien ubicado pero en el interior es como estar en la jungla, plena naturaleza.

El restaurante tiene comida oriental y occidental, bebidas y postres a precios muy económicos. El ambiente es muy tranquilo y agradable.
A determinadas horas hay happy hour.

La llegada al alojamiento fue muy acogedora, nos dieron una bebida fresca y fruta mientras hacíamos el check in. El personal se desvive por hacerte sentir cómodo.

Contratamos con ellos el servicio de traslado desde/hasta el aeropuerto y fue perfecto

Lovely staff, great location and fantastic pool.
Pros:

Very lovely hotel which is extremely well located. The pool is incredible, like a little oasis. The staff were all very friendly and generous, giving us cold towels when we returned from our outings and even giving us a welcome drink and going away drink for our airport transfer. Also the cocktails were delicious! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Das personal war fast zu höflich, sodass es auffällig wirkt. Noch Tage nach dem Aufenthalt bekomme ich guten Morgen Spam Nachrichten. Die Musikschleife im Restaurant ist nervig.

Pros:

Het hotel heeft ruime, schone kamers en een fijn zwembad. Je loopt zo het centrum van Siem reap in.
Via het hotel 2 tours met tuk tuk geboekt (small en grand circle tour), die waren prima geregeld. Na elke stop een flesje water en nat doekje, fijn!
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We wilden met de boot naar Battambang, ze hebben voor ons een private boat geregeld. Niet goedkoop, maar zeer de moeite waard.

Pros:

The Jungle is an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap! We had an issue with our flight and had to come back for a few extra nights, the staff were so lovely and accommodating! It's so close to everything, a short walk or Tuk Tuk will get you to shops, food, night markets and Pub street. Every single person working at this place greet you with a smile and hello, they are all so friendly and happy to help with anything. We've stayed here twice now and would highly recommend to everyone!

Wonderful stay close to the action great staff.
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic. The jungle rooms were large and clean and comfortable. . The pool was great and we were so close to the main Pub Street and wonderful restaurants. The staff were amazing. Always so welcoming and kind. They allowed us a late check out free of charge and nothing was a problem. We would definitely stay again.

Loved everything.

Precioso hotel, oasis en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona turística del night market, pero sin estar en toda la zona del mogollón. Personal encantador, y siempre pendiente de que estuviésemos cómodos y ofreciéndonos facilidades. Amables, sonrientes y encantadores.
Habitacion muy limpia, piscina preciosa.
Desayuno a muy buen precio.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no llegaba a ponerse muy caliente, aunque en Camboya hace mucho calor a veces es necesario!

Stay in a jungle and feel at peace.
Pros:

A warm and welcoming arrival by all the staff especially Melilla and David at the front desk who helped arrange our extra room for our late checkout. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable with a lovely lemongrass scent. Hotel breakfast was great and well priced with lovely coffee. Shops are a short walk away if you need anything. I highly recommend booking a massage treatment with the hotel as it was very very good and situated at their sister hotel the Urban with complimentary tuk tuk to it.

Cons:

That there wasn't any face cloths provided but I used a spare small hand towel instead.
