Wonderful
Pros:

The host was exceptional. Took our luggage up stairs for us

Cons:

I would have liked a two bedroom room downstairs as I had my aging dad with me who got a bit breathless going up the stairs.
An elevator would be perfect.

Good location, bad place to sleep.
Pros:

Central location was good.

Cons:

If you want to sleep in sauna this is the place, the boiler was on constantly on and we ended up sleeping above the blankets and still were very sweaty.

We had an amazing stay at Marsden! The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We highly recommend staying here. Even in winter, it was a lovely getaway, and we can't wait to come back!
