Pros:

Comphy and clean

Cons:

Noise either coming from fridge ir somethg out side the roommade it harder to fall to sleep .number outside room where we parked car wasnt same as rm no ,made harder to find rm when pouringwith rain .would be nice if there was a toaster in room and plates and knives forks and spoons also light shining around inside door

"Pleasant considering"
Pros:

The lady on reception was absolutely lovely, we had booked a standard room but were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was great though I wasn't sure of the difference. Bed was comfy and room was tidy.

Cons:

Though the room is nice you still things are still outdated the toilet would not flush properly and the T.V only offers basic channels soo spoilt now a day's with Netflix ect.

The room smelt like body odour. Bad body odour. There was no ventilation throughout the room and night time the smell was worse.

Didn’t live up to expectation. Would not recommend.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and make contact ahead of our arrival about our check in.

Cons:

The door had a large gap around it which let the light in all night, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the toilet made a weird noise about a minute after flushing, the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold and the hot and cold labels on the bathroom tap were around the wrong way.

Overall our stay was not enjoyable and very disappointing in both the customer service and room.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the location and being close to the city centre.

Cons:

We didn’t like the cleanliness - we moved beds from original place and underneath we discovered there was a lot of rubbish and dust underneath the bed. On that same note we also discovered blood stains on the blankets which in my opinion was very disgusting. Our TV also was not working - I complained to the receptionist and he said he would fix that later on in the day, we then returned back to our room later that day and realised that he had not done anything about it. The next day after we checked out we raised these concerns with the SAME receptionist from the previous day and he asked if i had spoken to someone about this in which i did speak to someone and that someone was HIM and he denied it and said it was not him when I am certain he was the person I spoke about these issues

Rotorua to miejsce gdzie przez dwa tygodnie pobytu nie odwiedzisz dwa razy tych samych miejsc zakładając po dwie atrakcj
Pros:

Basen!!! 36 stopni woda, byłem późną zelandzką jesienią, zakres 4-14 w stopniach… no i pogoda… temperatury to nic, lampa cały czas 100%

Cons:

Nie mam do czego się przyczepić szczerze…

Very comfortable
Pros:

The guy that checked us in who had the black suit and tie was brilliant his service was
beyond expectations. Made sure we had a comfortable stay. And also advised us of some nice restaurants my family could go too. Very polite and soft spoken ☺️ thank you so much

Cons:

Parking could be upgraded. But apart from that everything was great 👍🏽

Reasonable price and old but cozy.

The staff was vert kind and tried to help as much as they can.
