Pros:

I liked the service and attitude of the staff. They were very cooperative. The room was neat and clean .

Cons:

Could improve on providing basic amenities like there was no soap in the bathroom .Shower gel was provided but not everyone will like and use bath gel . A small soap in the bathroom would be better.

Cons:

Staff.

They were not helful at all. When we arrived, none of them helped with the luggage. Only when ai requested, one of the guys came. On the second day , they did not place water, coffee powder etc. On request, they brought water. When asked for coffee, they responded that it will take some time. But, nothing came. Soon, we vacated and while exiting, the same experience. None came to help with luggage. I was woth my wife and 7 month old son and we had 3 luggage bags. I wouldn't recommend them just because of thier behaviour.
I would like to raise the issue to the concerned authority or owners.
