Ogólne wrażenia 10/10!
Pros:

Pokój deluxe jest bardzo przestronny, bydynek świetnie zaprojektowany, ciekawa architektura. Jest możliwość zwiedzania winnicy, jednak ta część jest słusznie oddzielona od tej sypialnianej. Najwyższa ocenę daje za kameralność (raptem 12 pokoi) i romantyczny klimat. Basen jest do wyłącznej dostępności gości hotelowych do godziny 19:00, później zamienia się w restauracyjne patio.

W przypadku śniadań nie występuje self service a zamawia się je a'la carte, w której wymienione są wyłącznie pozycje wytrawne. Wszystko smaczne, ładnie podane.

Jeśli będę mieć okazję na pewno wrócę w to miejsce.

Cons:

W przypadku śniadań panują podwójne standardy w zależności od kelnera, na jakiego się trafi. Pierwszego dnia sok był pyszny, kolejnego rozwodniony a kelner zażądał dodatkowej opłaty za napoje podstawowe do śniadania, jak woda, kawa, sok, bo w jego opinii zamówiliśmy ich za dużo, chociaż dzień wcześniej wszystko było included 🤣 Na wakacjach chce mieć pełen chill i nie myśleć o błahostkach. Recepcja jednak anulowała płatność za napoje w godzinach śniadania, brawo za profesjonalizm!

Very quiet , super clean, very helpful staff, close to Mostar . A fantastic place to relax . The girls from the Reception were very helpful to us planing the next day .

Ambiente super, Rezeption sehr nett Service am Pool und im Restaurant nicht gerade was man von einem Hotel dieser Preisk

Das Ambiente war sehr schön der Pool auch ordentlich und sauber und schön groß.

Cons:

Bei über 30° serviert man eine Cola kalt und bringt keine warme Flasche und ein Glas mit Eiswürfel, sondern beides, zusammen. Der Orangensaft zum Frühstück ist warm, da die Orangen nicht gekühlt werden. Wir waren beim Abendessen und hatten bestellt Putenfleisch in Kokoscurrysauce mit Gemüse dazu Basmatireis bekommen habe ich Putenfleisch mit Gemüse dazu Curryreis und das Putenfleisch mit Gemüse war in Tomatensoße leider war der Curry Reis auch kalt. Wenn man die Außenanlage am Pool nach 19:00 Uhr nutzen möchte als Gast muss man bedenken, dass ab 19:00 Uhr auswärtige Gäste rund um den Pool sitzen und dort Essen vom Restaurant und man als Hotelgast dort keine Privatsphäre mehr hat. Tagsüber Service am Pool Existiert nicht. Möchte man einen Sonnenschirm geöffnet haben, muss man dies extra beantragen. Auch wenn die Sonne scheint kommt keine Servicekraft auf die Idee wenn Gäste am Pool sind die Sonnenschirme zu öffnen.

Cons:

Im Pool waren Glasscherben, 2 gäste haben sich leicht verletzt. Personal hat sich weder entschuldigt und es ist auch niemand gekommen um den Pool zu reinigen.
