Hôtel charmant et personnel très attentionné
Le petit moins les oreillers un peu trop épais
Das Zimmer war gross. Die Anlage ist von aussen schön.
Am Strassenrand gibt es mit viel Glück noch einen Parkplatz. Ansonsten fährt man einen Anhang hoch, sehr steil und mühsam. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen beispielsweise färbt sich die Wandfarbe ab. Zum Whirpool: Am ersten Tag ist er nicht angesprungen, wurde jedoch schnell und professionell behoben. Am letzen Tag, konnte sich die Niveauregulierung nicht finden und nach 23:00 Uhr ist niemand erreichbar/auffindbar, weshalb wir die gesamte Nacht mit diesem lauten Gurgeln des Abflusses vergnügend durften. Dieses Hotel hat definitiv eine Sanierung/ Aufbereitung nötig.

The room was very clean, stylish and comfortable. The shower was lovely.
The pool was a disappointment. It was not possible to sunbathe at the pool. Maybe we should have looked into this more before we booked. We like to come back after a day out and relax on a sunbed by the pool for a while.
Très bel établissement proche des restaurants et de la promenade d’Elounda. Le parking est à 200m, il faut un peu marcher. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi au dernier étage donc vraiment je recommande !!

The property has an excellent location a few minutes walk from the waterside restaurants, town square and harbor. It has wonderful views and was impeccably clean. The team, especially Maria and Eleni were fabulous and made sure we were well looked after. The breakfast is lovely. We loved our experience.

The location is perfect—right in the center of Elounda, with everything within walking distance. The maisonette was very clean, comfortable, and ideal for a couple. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back.
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
The location is also great. It's only about a 20-minute drive to beautiful beaches such as Voulisma Beach and to the town of Agios Nikolaos, making it easy to explore the area.
If we ever return to Elounda, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the parking. There is a parking area close to the hotel, but the drive up to it is very steep, which can be a bit challenging, especially if you're not used to driving on steep roads.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming, an excellent location to be able to walk to town and restaurants. Really lovely room and jacuzzi was brilliant...had everything we needed and more would recommend
The balconies are quite overlooked if you are very private person, but didn't bother us too much!
