Wer das Mövenpick Hotel von früher kennt,
könnte nur Verzweifeln!
Check-in spät abends: ein unfreundlicher, unkompetenter Mitarbeiter-obschon schon alles vorbezahlt war, wollte er noch einmal einkassieren!
Wir wurden nicht informiert, dass man Shuttle jetzt scannen muss!

Personal spricht englisch, für viele ok, aber es gibt auch CH Kunden…., nur 2 Personen an der Reception, 2. Person war lieber im Office am Diskutieren als am Bedienen.
Netter Empfang. Gratisshuttle zum Flughafen um 04.30
Mineral Getränk auf dem Zimmer war schon angebraucht. Dusche spritzt in alle Himmelrichtungen. Entkaljen wäre nicht falsch. Hätte allgemein mehr erwartet von diesem Hotel.
