Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, äußerst komfortabel und makellos sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die angenehm ruhige Lage

Auch das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein großes Lob geht zudem an das Personal: Der Service war ausgezeichnet, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt war die ständige Beschallung mit lauter Musik am Pool. Auf unsere Bitte (und die anderer Gäste) wurde die Musik zwar kurzzeitig leiser gedreht, aber leider kurz darauf wieder aufgedreht. Hinzu kommt, dass die Lautsprecher zwischen, bzw. unmittelbar hinter den Liegen schlecht positioniert sind und direkt beschallen. Hier wäre etwas mehr Rücksicht auf Ruhesuchende wünschenswert.

Excelente lugar para visitar Ksamil
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones. Precioso cuarto, bonita piscina y jardín. Personal muy amable; ex entes recomendaciones de playas y restaurantes. Está en zona tranquila pero cerca de atracciones.

Pros:

The hotel is well located, even though there are some construction works around the area at the moment (no noise). The hotel itself is very good, and you can tell it’s quite new. Everything was very clean, and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was amazing and gave us plenty of helpful tips, which really made our stay even better
