Great location, convenient, comfortable and staff were extremely cooperative.
Pros:

The location was exceptional, great views all around and was in walking distance from the entrance gate for national park.

Cons:

The washing machine wasn’t in the best condition it could be in so for people who care about that kinda stuff they should do their laundry beforehand.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the village, 10-15 minutes walk from the Middle Gate, which is the less crowded Gate and the closest one to the Bailong elevator. Be aware that the village is quiet and if you want some attractions, you have to go by taxi (but after overcrowded Chinese cities we really enjoyed a quiet peaceful village).
The staff is super friendly, Cici is the best host ever - helped us to make routes depending on crowds and weather conditions, gave us a million useful advises and I have never met such a nice receptionist ever.
The breakfast is limited, but you can find something.
We had a beautiful terrace with the mountain view, it is a pity the weather was not good enough to enjoy it.
Highly recommend!

Cons:

We had no door in the shower - we saw the mounting, but no door, that is why it was cold in the bathroom. The bath tube is not attached good - it was moving.

Felt like home away from home!

Amazing and beautiful place to stay!!!
Pros:

This is a lovely place to stay and only a few minutes walk to one of the gates to the park. The staff is so helpful and well put together plans to see all 3 attractions in the area and help purchase the tickets. Walking down the road in the evening is beautiful. Breakfast is good. It was very easy to get Didis to go the Tianmen Mountain and to the Grand Canyon. I would stay here again.

Cons:

There is not an elevator but the staff is very helpful with bags.

Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the national park. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they were connected to us even before arrival and helped us arrange all our sightseeing trips. They made our trip worthwhile. Highly recommended!

The combination of warm hospitality, helpful service, and great food made our stay memorable.
Pros:

The accommodation has a very family-oriented, homely atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting us with organising three days of tours, providing excellent recommendations and making the whole process easy and stress-free. They helped set up a WeChat group that we could use to communicate with them and they were always very quick to respond.

We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which was absolutely delicious.

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience — peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable.
Pros:

I loved how close the hotel was to the main gate. The rooms were spotless, the views were breathtaking, and the staff made the whole experience even better.

Hotellet lå rigtig godt tæt på indgang til nationalparken. De ansatte på hotellet var også super venlige og tog sig tid til at vejlede omkring ruter man kunne gå i parken.
Service på hotellet var i top

Cons:

Meget lille morgenmad, som ikke blev fyldt op. Billederne af hotellet synes vi ikke svarer overens med det vi oplevede da vi kom frem. Poolen var meget lille, men fremstår af en fin størrelse på billerne

Lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel has lots of great facilities - outdoor pool, cafe, restaurant, cosy seating area with fireplace and a pool and ping pong table.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view over the mountains.
The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful, although not all spoke good English, they were keen to help, and used translating apps when needed. They kindly arranged for a taxi to drop us at the train station when we left. We wanted to buy some tea to take home and they made many different teas for us to try and explained about each one, which was lovely.
The restaurant has both Chinese and some basic western options - pizza, pasta etc. It was nice to have the option of eating in when we’d had a long day out. It was a little more expensive than local restaurants but cheaper than other western restaurants we went to in China.
Breakfast was also good, with both Chinese and western options.
Note there is no lift, but staff kindly helped with carrying luggage.

Cons:

Unsurprisingly as you are in the forest, there are quite a few insects/mosquitos. Although I appreciate you cant prevent this, I think the hotel could do a bit more - e.g the room windows do have bug nets but when we arrived both our window and bug net were open (appreciate this may have been a one off accident). Also there were quite a few bugs in the restaurant area.
The bathroom was a little less modern than in pictures but was still clean and functional.

We had an amazing stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Will was very helpful and created a whole two day itinerary for us. I highly recommend the hotel.
