Fabulous staff, fabulous room, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Quality products in the bathroom, amenities fabulous. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. They were fabulous!

Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautifully spacious. We loved out "Little George" bear - such a delightful, personalised touch to take on our adventures. Perfect location by Hagley Park.

Pros:

Check in was quick and easy , free parking on the premises.

Cons:

Beds too soft, pillows were not good , decor needed updating .

Our room on the 2 nd floor was noisey from the outside cars / voices from the car park and at night from hotel quests in the corridor.

We would not recommend this hotel .

Excellent location excellent staff unfortunately room needs an upgrade. It is very 60s

The staff the Restuarant the bar Service chicken was probably the best in any hotel I’ve been to the ladies name who checked as in was April she was the most welcoming of any person I’ve ever checked in with

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was very old and tired. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy but there was a musty leaky smell and for the money we paid it just wasn’t true value

Good but a bit expensive.
