An affordable stay in an expensive city
Pros:

The hotel was new, clean and bright. The staff was very capable and friendly. They were also very helpful when needed. I asked for a fan in our room and received one promptly.

Cons:

The room was very tiny and the bathroom miniscule. A large person would be very uncomfortable. Our view was of major construction and not conducive to opening our window even though it was hot. There was no noise from the construction site. Also, the breakfast is very expensive for what you get. The eggs, meatballs, and warm pastries were all cold with no way to warm them up.

Gute Wahl in Genf
Pros:

Top Lage, nah auch zum Park.
Zimmer gut wenn man Superior nimmt; die Standardzimmer sind viel zu klein.
Entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Frühstück zu teuer.

A very high quality hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Great hotel. Lovely room. Exceptionally clean and super friendly staff. The hotel is well located and very close to the train station.

Locaux neuf .
Chambre vaste et beau en agencée. Toilettes séparés de la salle de douche . Petit déjeuner au top. Beaucoup de choix . Personnel sympathique.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, le calme et le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Il est indiqué dans les caractéristiques de l’hôtel, et j’ai revérifié avant de faire ce commentaire, qu’il y a un parking intérieur et c’est la raison principale qui nous a fait choisir cet hôtel : c’est faux et mensonger. À notre arrivée il nous a été indiqué que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking et que c’est BOOKING qui écrit à tort qu’il y en a un !!!!
Aucune excuse de la Direction qui nous a gentiment répondu que l’on peut bien payer 24CHF !!!!!
Il est également indiqué dans les caractéristiques que les animaux sont admis mais qu’un supplément peut être appliqué : le supplément est systématiquement appliqué : encore une caractéristique mensongère.
Face à notre mécontentement une gratuité pour note chien nous a été accordée.
