Hôtel confortable et calme, idéal pour quelques nuits pour se reposer et découvrir Bishkek. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il n’est pas tout à fait dans le centre mais les Yandex permettent de s’y rendre très rapidement et à moindre coût.
Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und hatte alles, was man braucht (Wasserkocher + Tee/Kaffee, Fernseher, Klimaanlage, Balkon, ein großes Doppelbett, einen großen Schrank, ein großes Badezimmer). Es war wirklich sauber und ordentlich, und auch das inkludierte Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Es gab außerdem einen Pool und in der Lobby konnte man günstig frischen Kaffee, Wasser und Softdrinks kaufen. Außerdem war die Rezeption gefühlt 24/7 besetzt - wir mussten gegen 04:30 Uhr auschecken und auch zu dieser Zeit war jemand da.
In unserem Badezimmer hat es leider stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Außerdem ist in unserem Badezimmer ab und zu kein Wasser geflossen, weder in der Dusche, noch beim Waschbecken. Nach einer kurzen Info an der Rezeption wurde das Problem binnen weniger Minuten behoben, aber etwas nervig war es trotzdem. Für uns aber kein Grund, das Hotel nicht noch einmal zu buchen, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis echt gut war. :)

Very clean and spacious rooms - good location.
Very dark rooms, not a lot of daylight. Breakfast was not great and hotel overall was more on the expensive side.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a little far from the city centre, but as we had a rental car, getting around was convenient for us. Yandex Go also operates in the city, so it is a useful and affordable option for guests who prefer not to walk long distances.
The reception staff were very kind. Our room was comfortable and relatively spacious, with complimentary bottled water. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast did not offer a particularly wide selection, but there was enough food for a satisfying meal. It would be a great improvement to have an espresso machine in the breakfast area as well, rather than only at reception, as good coffee would add a lot to the breakfast experience.
The only issue we encountered was related to communication about early check-in. Our flight arrived before dawn, so we deliberately looked for a hotel that might be able to accommodate an early arrival. We were told that early check-in would be provided subject to availability, but we did not receive any further message informing us that it would not be possible. When we arrived at around 7 a.m., after waiting approximately 20 minutes at reception, we learned that no room was available and that we would have to wait until 2 p.m. This was rather inconvenient after travelling for around 15 hours. Fortunately, we had a rental car, which made the wait easier to manage.
We understand that early check-in cannot always be guaranteed, but clearer and more timely communication would have helped us plan our arrival much better. We would therefore recommend paying closer attention to informing guests in advance when such requests cannot be accommodated.
Все замечательно, отель расположен очень удобно, недалеко от центра. Всё чисто. Завтрак отличный. Наличие бассейна это просто сказка, после такой жары в городе, окунуться в прохладный воду просто рай.

Beim Frühstück war wenig Platz beim gut gebuchten Hotel. Die kleine Kaffeemaschine war mit dem Ansturm überfordert.
