Pros:

The staff are great as always, very helpful and kind, the room is nice and clean.

Cons:

First time not happy with booking.com as we always go to booking.com to reserve room a where we go, but on this reservation booking.com canceled our reservation even if I already paid the amount with the hotel staff a day before the reserve date, the hotel staff ended up giving a different room without the patio, we reserved originally, hotel clerk apologized for it as our reserved room was given to another guest, as our reservation was cancelled by booking.com, very unhappy with this reservation at all, would appreciate if this would be addressed. Thank you.

No hubo estadía por qué me dijeron que no tenían recerbacion hecha de bookin. Entonces me quedé sin habitación. Esto a la 1 am.
En el lugar en el área de estar y recepción había decenas de equipos de aires acondicionados sucios, el lugar se veía sucio y viejo.
