It was just okay the hotel can do better for a 3 star, they need to renovate the place…

The staff were helpful

Cons:

The place needs renovation, the aircon is very old doesn’t even work, they even put a fan heater in the room because the air con doesn’t work. There was no towels in the room and the bedding had a dirt spot.

We were placed in a room we did not book for. We booked a Deluxe room, however, we were placed in a standard room instead.
There was no coffee at breakfast. We had to ask the serving staff to get it for us.
We were given coffee sachets enough for one person only in the room.

A good hotel.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Very filling. And the reception staff are very professional and super helpful. They define service with a smile. The lady and the gents who were on duty on Saturday 13th are the best! (unfortunately I did not get their names).

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served quite quickly after ordering and was very nice.

Cons:

Missed bedside lamps but they weren't essential.

It was indeed a pleasant stay, we loved it

Cons:

Just a bit of a challenge in terms of parking as well as plugs situation in the room, the aircon was not functioning and the receptionist did not have a simple twin plug adapter, one needed to plug out either tv or fridge in order for a fan heater to be plugged on.
