Pros:

Comfortable beds.

Cons:

No variety items for breakfast. Basically eggs and sausages. I showered in cold water the second day. On the second day, one of the male staff members opened my room door with a card, without my permission and i was inside. Dressed luckily.

My stay was perfect
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The hotel room and the passage were very clean. The room was big enough to accomodate two people. I will definitely recommend someone yo book this hotel. And myself I will book it again .

staff(gent) should respect guests and their partners..and act professional..we don't bring whoever to the hotel and staff text our partners and ask them to meet or whoever we come there with. Irrespective of you know them..that's disrespectful..

Don't trust the score.
Cons:

This hotel is clearly paying for their score with Booking.com. The rooms are cold and ugly with terrible flourescent lighting and no bedside lamps so you're forced to sit with harsh lighting or in the dark. the windows sit directly on the busy street so you hear traffic at all times. The bathroom is aged and sad. The breakfast room welcomes you with dry cwreals and you only discover a continental breakfast is available when going to the reception to ask if what's sitting there is all that is available. Worst coffee. At this price point the hotel is gauging you.

It was ok
Pros:

Location of the property is very good, close to waterfront mall and downtown. The staff members were very friendly. They put on heaters for us and were helpfull throughout .

Cons:

The room was not inviting. No side lamps hence a bit dark. There was one bedside capet and was very small considering the floor is tiled. The bathroom doesn’t have that waterproof curtain which helps water not to spill all over when using shower. For a room for two, we could do with extra towels.

Had the best receptionists. Assisted with arranging e-drive taxis on a daily basis. Great WiFi
Pros:

Staff were friendly and tried their best to make the stag as comfortable as possible in their means.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great. Basics and the same food were served each day, at times the food was cold. Should be able to have different breakfast options. Couldn’t watch the World Cup soccer. Only had limited channels. No wine selection at the bar. Should have transport services to collect and drop off at the airport.
