El personal y la ubicación. El personal, muy amable, pese a no dominar idioma español ó inglés, se esforzaban en darnos una perfecta atención y solución a nuestros requerimientos. La ubicación del hotel, perfecta para acceder a comercios, restaurantes y transporte.

Понравилось все , чисто , уютно, рядом главна торговая улица, вечерами можно прогуляться, нашли рядом стоящим торговом доме музей , метро рядом , отель сразу не нашли он находится в боковом входе торгового дома Зары по центральной улице
We had a great stay at this hotel!
It‘s conveniently located very close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and the nearby metro station (less than a 5-minute walk away) offered a fast connection to anywhere we wanted to go. There are also lots of places to shop at in the area.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly! The room had a great layout and the bed was very comfortable.

Mal servicio de los empleados. Pésima lavandería mi ropa estaba en el piso cuando fui a recogerla.

Empleados sin buen Ingles, no hay acceso en vehiculo al hotel, solo caminando y es lejos desde la calle.
Checkin a las 3 pm pero no estaban habitaciones listas, tocó esperar media hora. Habitacion con 2 camas individuales y se habia reservado para 3 personas y no habian mas habitaciones para 3 huespedes. Debimos pagar mas por dos habitaciones que tampoco estaban listas para entregar, tuvimos que esperar nuevamente. Pasillos desordenados constantemente por el personal de aseo, y poco limpios los pasillos lobby ascensor y zonas comunes. Lavanderia poco amigable para dejar la ropa lavando y toca esperar porque o sino otras personas sacan la ropa y dejan tirada.

I already booked this beijing atour hotel room via booking.com, and the order was accepted and confirmed by booking.com. But when i'm arrived at the atour hotel beijing and want to check in, the hotel decline/reject my hotel booking via booking.com and told me that i cannot stay at this hotel because the hotels policy that customer cannot book 2 hotel room (in the same atour hotel chain) under the same name, even though i book that 2 atour hotel room at different city and different periode of time.
I was complained because of this policy, and ask to the hotel why if theres any hotel policy regarding that, why the booking.com and the hotel accepted my hotel room booking via booking.com application?
There is no emphaty in the atour hotel beijing staff that they reject and decline my hotel booking eventhough already accept and confirm by booking.com application.
Because this atour hotel policy, in beijing after a long journey from shanghai to beijing, me with my family must search and book the other hotel to replace this beijing atour hotel room because the atour hotel decline and reject my hotel room booking eventhough my booking already accepted and confirmed by booking.com application.

酒店员工态度很好，全程询问都是有礼貌回应，酒店附近都是商场，是闹区域。
非常可惜酒店门口车子不能进入，拿行李需要走一段路才能到达酒店，全程是露天下雨也得推着行李走。
设施需要多维修了，床头灯左边是坏的，窗帘轨道也是坏的，浴室花洒水量满小的。

We syayed here for 7 nights. The staff were helpful and polite. Offered us an upgrade to a room with actual windows. During our stay, they were helpful enough to send up our food delivery orders. On our last day during the room check out, also gave us complimentary bottled water and a small snack pack.
The room, especially the toilet, were clean and the location was great too, allows easy access to subway line 1,8 and within walking distance to the forbidden city entrance.
The room was a tiny bit small but good enough for us.
I stayed at this hotels for 5 nights and I enjoyed my stay here. Compliments to all the staff including the housekeeping team for their dedication, helpfulness and good customer services. Strongly recommended to stay here if you are coming to Beijing.
Location and service attitude
Room temperature a bit warm and not adjustable
A few steps to the pedestrian street and 5 minutes to metro. Metro access via elevator through the mall or by stairs from street level. (Note: Didi or taxi pick up and drop off is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel.) Free use of washing machine and dryer, and free late night snacks is handy.
Ventilation option can be improved. The lack of cooling option (or an electric fan) made the room feel very stuffy and hot. The room temperature feels like 30 degrees even if it is 1 degree outside.

Overall, the hotel is exceptional. It was absolutely fantastic experience! I would rate this hotel as 12 out of 10. First of all, the location is superb. This hotel can boast the best location in Wanfujin! Much better than others. Super close to the metro, lots of malls, supermarkets and restaurants. Secondly, the hotel itself is modern, stylish, cozy and clean. The staff is super friendly and hostile. The breakfast they serve is superb. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you wanna explore Beijing. And I definitely would like to come back one day. Huge thanks for your impeccable service!
Everything was superb!
The location is great. Just that if alighting from Didi car with luggage, will need to walk a distance. Love the room with window and also the cleanliness of it and also the fact it is carpet free.
The room initially booked was without any window. In winter, the management turned off air conditioner system and changed to heating system. The room became so warm and stuffy. Don’t think any person can stay there for long.
Hotel reception and lobby seems pathetically small.
