Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit was faulty and made lots of noise, windows didn't open so room was uncomfortable. Once reported, I was without a room for 3 hours whilst the engineer worked on the AC, which was only partially fixed. I have since been given an approx. 20% refund.

Would stay again
Pros:

Asked for a cot and they went above and beyond and provided a changing mat, toys and a caddy of nappies/wipes etc. Very comfortable room and well stocked with everything we could haved needed. Even though we didn't use the shop we had a little look and it was very well stocked and had ingredients available which matched with the equipment in the room.

Excellent choix pour Londres
Pros:

L'emplacement dans une rue calme près de Liverpool Street station (qui dessert directement St Pancras et autres centres d'intérêts) et différentes lignes de bus.
La literie confortable et une cuisinette dans la chambre.
La gentillesse du personnel.
La facilité d'avoir des renseignements grâce à WhatsApp. A noter que c'est une IA qui répond de façon rapide et concrète.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner qui est assez cher pour les propositions (uniquement du froid). De ce fait, je n'ai pas petit-dejeuné à l'hôtel.

Perfect stay with perfect location and staff
Pros:

The location was just perfect. You have different underground stations including Liverpool Street which reaches mostly every station in the city. We went to the O2 without any problem thanks to the walkability. Near the hotel you have a lot of facilities like restaurants, pubs and little shops.
The room was so clean, it was a pleasure to “live” there.
The staff was so kind and helpful whenever I needed it.
There was no noise at night.
