Lovely boutique London hotel
Pros:

I booked a twin bed studio for my children to stay in for a few days before they flew home to Australia after travelling around Europe. They loved it! Beautiful modern rooms, perfect location in spitalfields and lovely staff.

Useful for Liverpool Street station and Spittalfield market just down the road.

Cons:

There were 2 adults, 1 child and for a 1 night stay costing nearly £500 there could have been at least a couple of basic tea bags and coffee sachets. We don't all drink fruit tea and fancy pants coffee. We were in and out like fiddlers elbows, so no staff around when needed.

Disappointing as it was a gift to our son for his birthday celebration night in London. Raised my complaint to the hotel

Arrived just after 3pm, Did not gain access to the room after over an hour of waiting. Got a double, not a twin (that I had ordered, paid for and received email confirmation I was getting), given accessibility room as told this was the last room available even though I could see more availability on their website, air conditioning did not work, shower was weak and water was cold, workman came to fix the air con, couldn’t fix it and left his tools in the room. Calling it 4 star for over £300 for 1 night is a joke

Pros:

Love this hotel. So vibey and the rooms are beautifully designed.the restaurant is delicious for breakfast and it is quite close to the station. Rooms are not big but spacious for London.

Cons:

Not a problem as it was made clear in the booking but just to note some rooms dont have windows.
