Nice stay in a bright, great comfortable bed and room- good value
Pros:

Room was large, clean, bright and the bed was really comfortable

Cons:

Stairs made it difficult with suitcases however the member of staff helped.

Pros:

Beautiful room - clean and incredibly comfy. Wonderful, friendly staff. The restaurant/bar downstairs was fantastic for dinner.

Cons:

I had no idea that there would be no staff around on checkout. I ended up walking around the entire building inside and out knocking on restaurant, reception and cleaners doors, trying to find staff to check out. It was only bumping into other guests that let me know there was a key drop off box, a tiny thing on the window in hallway. I didn't receive any instructions from the hotel that this would be the case.

In short was a pretty good stay.
Pros:

Good location. Room quite well insulated from outside noise. Bed was quite comfortable & in our experience of our travels around Tassie that is a rarity.

Great location and comfy space, needs attention to detail with extras

Lovely decor, comfy bed and spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Not enough tea bags or coffee shachets (no milk) so very dissappointing to not be able to have tea or coffee on arrival or in the morning. Would be worth knowing about stairs as was a lug with big cases. Also has a bedsidr lamp not working.

Not ideal long stay
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Our fridge was not working was told it would be replaced the following day. Fridge was not replaced asked for bucket of ice 2 night to keep our drinks cold
