Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Waggon Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. We also really enjoyed the food and appreciated the quality and generous portions.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We'd highly recommend the Waggon Hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, friendly service, and a relaxing stay.

disappointing.
Pros:

Location met our needs. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating which was very welcome as the bedroom was cold.

Cons:

Room was cold - no way to increase the heating. One light wasn't working. The bedside lights could not be operated separately.

Had stairs up to the bedrooms, not good for elderly people, but were manageable.

It was unfortunately only one night but it is so close to everything North Hobart has to offer.
Pros:

The whole place was fantastic. The food, the decor, the bedroom not to mention the staff. Tom was soo friendly and nothing was a problem.

Cons:

I liked it all.

Cons:

Stairs made it difficult with suitcases however the member of staff helped.

Cons:

I had no idea that there would be no staff around on checkout. I ended up walking around the entire building inside and out knocking on restaurant, reception and cleaners doors, trying to find staff to check out. It was only bumping into other guests that let me know there was a key drop off box, a tiny thing on the window in hallway. I didn't receive any instructions from the hotel that this would be the case.
