Excellent location for an excellent price
Pros:

The hotel was an amazing value for the price! Dinner and breakfast were both included in the price. Dinner was really good and very filling. The room was smaller, and the beds were not the most comfortable, but they were perfectly fine (I find that Japanese beds tend to be a bit firmer than those in typical Western hotel chains). The bathroom was also small, but typical for many Japanese hotels. The location could not be beat - it was right next to the train station! This made dealing with luggage a breeze! It's also within walking distance to Himeji Castle.

Cons:

As previously mentioned, the room and bathroom were small, and the beds were not the most comfortable, though this is relative to Western expectations. Breakfast was okay - this was my first real introduction to the types of foods that are typically available in the morning in Japan. Their Western options included spaghetti and meatballs, which are not typical breakfast foods for me. Everything tasted good, just not what I was initially expecting!

大浴場

Cons:

確認しなかった自分も悪いのですが、チェックインの際に朝食は8:30がラストオーダーと言うことを伝えて欲しかったです。レストランは9時までですと聞いていたので8時半過ぎに行くと、すでに料理は何もなくチケットを破棄して帰りました。とても残念でした。
