Pros:

The location was perfect . The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very responsive through WeChat .
Quality of appliances in the room were excellent.

Cons:

Pre-ordered breakfast in the room is not convenient. The breakfast was good but food selection is limited.
No English choices on TV which is a pity because I loved the drop down screen.

Pros:

Xiaomei's service is very good, the hotel has a storm spa and afternoon tea, the housekeeper can help wash clothes, the clothes are directly given to them, and they will be returned to the room after washing, it is very convenient, if needed, they will respond in a timely manner, the service is very professional!

Modern and Marvelous
Pros:

Very modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Upon arrival we were able to participate in a delicious tea experience. I loved the oversized bathtub ! Plus they have a built in Bluetooth speaker which should be standard really. Lastly, the storm spa was EVERYTHING! Definitely recommend.

Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was incredibly clean, the lighting and atmosphere were unreal, and the bathtub/pool setup was such a cool experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Super memorable and pleasant experience
Pros:

The bathtub was amazing! Bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Staff were friendly and very helpful with our packages.

Cons:

Check out process for the release of my credit card deposit was slightly confusing due to communication barrier but staff resolved it pretty quickly

Exceptional experience above the clouds!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at SEYA Hotel, thanks in large part to Moon, whose attention and kindness made all the difference. She checked in on us throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed — her care really stood out.

Our room was very comfortable, with plenty of space and a bed that made it easy to rest after long days. The views were stunning, the kind you don’t forget. We also tried the afternoon tea, which was beautifully done and a lovely way to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. The bathtub and the spa were well equipped and the design was modern.

Cons:

The gym was very basic compared to the rest of the infrastructure of the hotel. However, running with the views from Chongquing from a 58th floor was a highlight of my stay.
