A really fantastic hotel that I definitely would stay at again.
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location. Room was very clean and modern, and had everything you would need including a microwave. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice big television. I wanted an early check in and staff were able to make it happen.

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable.

A good location
Pros:

Staff are the main asset, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an enjoyable bonus in a relaxing atmosphere.
Lanson was in a good location for our needs.

Cons:

The mattress was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. It ruin the stay. The dining room is overpriced for the standard of the food.

Location
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be ( eye and ear hospital

Cons:

It was slightly confusing
You had to do the full block to get to the parking area to enter, then come out the other side of the building to exit. ( theres an entry / exit ) where you enter Wilson carpark that leads into the hotel but you have to exit from the opposite side made no sense.
Room was very small for a king room maybe not worth the money spent for the time we were there!

Seems that standards have dropped now it is a bit busier.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

We ordered a burger from room service and it still hadn’t arrived 90 minutes later, after two calls to the kitchen. Then on check-out we were still being charged and when we explained, the staff member said “I’ll have to check with the kitchen” making us feel like she thought we were lying.
Wasn’t as clean as when we stayed previously, which was December 2025. Maybe it’s a. It busier now and standards have dropped z
