Pros:

Das schnelle und das nette Personal außer Samstag und Sonntag ist da niemand

Cons:

Mir hat die Klima gefehlt,das Bett war viel zu klein.Frühstück hat mir persönlich gefehlt schade das sie es nicht anbieten

It was so hot in the room that I had to leave early. I am trying to get a refund for the 4th night. The room was at least 10 degrees F hotter than outside.

Nicht zur Vorbereitung für Teilnahme an einem Lehrgang oder eine Meeting geeignet... - Keine Kulanz!
Pros:

Die Lage zwischen Veranstaltungsort und Bahn war bestens.

Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten waren zwar sauber, aber entsprachen nicht den Bildern bei der Zimmerbuchung. Insbesondere gab es keinen Tisch bzw. eine Arbeitsecke, um Unterlagen für ein Meeting oder (wie in unserem Fall) eine mehrtägige Klausur vorzubereiten.

Zudem waren die Temperaturen in dem Zimmer unerträglich (auch noch nach 21:00 Uhr über 32 Grad). Kein Schlafen möglich, weshalb der Aufenthalt aus gesundheitlichen Gründen bereits vor der ersten Nacht abgebrochen werden musste.

Auch wenn dies wohl nicht zu Lasten des Betreibers geht, wurde der volle Preis verlangt. Keine Kulanzmöglichkeit, nicht einmal beim nicht genutzten Frühstück, der Zimmereinigung oder der Tourismuspauschale.

Great value for money
Pros:

Apartments are nice, you have everything what you need, iron is there with the board , which is great, beds are ok, nice pressure in the shower, which is rare nowdays. I would say all nice and good, near Messe , Near Skyplaza shopping centre.

Cons:

Maybe they can put some mobile air-con during summer time , since it is hot inside.

Très satisfait mais avec des remarques
Pros:

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, c'est plutôt une chambre d'hôtel avec espace cuisine dans le couloir.

Cons:

Le lit n'est pas du tout confortable,
Une seule chaise avec un bureau/salle à manger
La porte de la salle de bain se ferme à moitié du coup manque d'intimité et n'est pas recommandé pour les non couples.

Good size accommodation, excellent location, super large bathroom.

Cons:

Property did not have extract hood above cooker which meant cooking smell took longer to clear from the bedroom.
