Not good air quality in the dorms
Pros:

The onsen was good, and the location, although very busy, was fantastic.

Cons:

The dorm was very humid and not cool enough. You could smell damp, in other words, not fresh air. I had to book a different hotel for the last night, and despite raising my concern with the staff, they seemed indifferent and unconcerned, and were very defensive. They highlighted that everything was in working order, which was not the case.

Günstig und zentral gelegenes Kapsel Hostel
Pros:

Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral in der nähe des Bahnhof Shinjuku und den Touristengassen. Kapselhotel gewöhnungsbedürftig, weiss man aber beim buchen. Checkin und checkout sehr schnell und einfach. Das Onsen und die Sauna sind ideal zum reinigen und entspannen.

Cons:

Das zur Verfügung gestellte Essen ist absolut nur für Asiaten und qualitative im mittleren level.

位置方便近新宿站，附近有24小時便利店、多間食店及藥妝店。
住宿及洗手間清潔乾淨，沖身浴室基本設施齊全，冷熱水足夠，並有大浴池。

Cons:

存放行李箱的樓層空間不足，繁忙時間人多及未能打開行李箱做執拾。

Pros:

It was much more comfortable than I would've expected! There were also so many more amenities in the building than I would've thought too.

Cons:

This is a bit of a nitpick, but I feel like the ability to rest there comfortably can be very dependent on who else is around you. There were some people who seemed to have very intense sleep apnea in the capsules near me. That's not a fault of the facility though
