Overall, this capsule hotel a very unique experience that I would do again.
Pros:

Clean. Loved the lounge area with complimentary food and drinks. Also loved the Onsen.

Cons:

The mattress was a little stiff for me.

Fue el mejor hostel que me hospede en el mundo , re bien ubicado, super limpio , desayuno, cena, snack, bebidas alcohólicas y gaseosas incluidas , sillon masajeador incluido todo gratis e ilimitado , pero sin dudas lo mejor fue el onzen , las duchas,el sauna , los productos de cosmética e higiene personal incluidos , por lejos recomiendo este hospedaje

Great experience better than what you may expect
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to Shinjuku station and comes with free breakfasts and dinners. The staff keeps the hotel clean and it's an interesting place to stay for a few nights. The capsules are fairly comfortable and the hotel has all the essential one may need for the stay. So no need to bring your own cleaning products etc.

Cons:

I found the choice of having the locker rooms at the first floor while the capsules on the 5th a bit problematic as it requires the guest to consistently do a back and forth from different floors which ends up being time consuming. Additionally there is only one elevator and the waiting times can get pretty lengthy. My personal preference would be having the storage / locker rooms on the same floor of the capsules. This would make the experience so much smoother.
