The whole place was secured. Tiri at reception was amazing and so helpful.

I initially wanted to book an apartment style and wanted the kitchen and lounge but I don’t know what happened but the one I booked was just a single room

THE BREAKFAST WHICH WAS YAM, EGGS AND TEA WAS FINE. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, EDPEVIALLY THE YOUNG LADY RECEPTIONIST AND THE YOUNG MAN CALLED ALABI YELLOW, PROBABLY HIS NICKNAME WERE VERY FRIENDLY, NICE AND SUPERB.

Generally, my stay was okay.

Cons:

The ambience of the reception. Looked more like a guest house. Paper and books not properly arranged at the Reception. Empty sanitizer bottle at the reception which I removed but was returned to the same position when I returned downstairs. My question was what is an empty sanitizer bottle doing at the reception desk?

Pros:

It was neat and well done. The staff was polite, and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom tiles for the bathroom downstairs were hideous. Also, some of the rooms smelled musty. It should be aerated more.

Could have been much better.
Pros:

It was not difficult to find. Food is not pricy.

Cons:

Their room service. Hotel staff is not very responsive and helpful. My AC was leaking water into the room. I find it difficult to believe that this is something they did not know about.

When I informed the staff about this the next morning they did apologize.

I did not like anything in this hotel. They stated it was an apartment, but it wasn't. It was a hotel. I forgot my sandal in the room that I brought from London. I called the hotel more than 6 times, with staff promising to call me back, but there was no call back to date. I just gave up.
