Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Un detalle que me gustó mucho, fue que nos lavaron la ropa al llegar mojados de una excursión. Todo un detalle que agradecimos mucho.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Malgré la pluie et l'humidité, Tortuguero reste un endroit incroyable qu'il faut découvrir ! L'hôtel est très bien placé, un peu à l'écart de la place du village, au bord de l'océan, c'est magnifique et très calme. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, toujours très souriant et les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses ! Si vous voulez faire des excursions, n'hésitez pas à passer par l'hôtel qui s'occupera de tout ! Même le transfert depuis la Pavona est super efficace !

Pros:

Es un hotel moderno y cómodo a primera línea de playa. Los colchones, las almohadas y los baños son de calidad. Nos alojamos solo 3 noches y por fortuna para nosotros debido a la época, nos encontrabamos solos en el hotel.
Destacamos la limpieza exhaustiva tanto de las habitaciones como de las zonas comunes, la calidad, cantidad y variedad del desayuno y lo más importante el excelente equipo que siempre estaba atentos a nosotros y a los detalles.
Sin duda espero que cuiden a sus trabajadores para que el hotel mantenga el valor que tiene actualmente. Lo único que podríamos echar en falta es una pequeña piscina ya que la playa, aunque si puedes meterte en el agua, suele tener muchas corrientes. En general, repetiriamos!

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer gelegen. Es war ein dunkler Sandstrand, den man so auf den Bildern vom Hotel nicht erkennen kann.
Wir wurden am Bootsanleger abgeholt und unser Gepäck wurde zum Hotel gebracht, was sehr hilfreich war.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei Buchungen von Touren und Restaurantempfehlungen geholfen. Wir konnten unsere Sachen im Trockner trocknen, nachdem wir bei einer Tour nass geworden waren. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gründlich gereinigt, auch zwischendurch. Insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel gut.

Cons:

Neben unserem Zimmer war eine Nitsche, die mit Bauresten und z.T. Unrat gefüllt war. Das sollte entfernt oder mit einem Vorhang verdeckt werden
Die Stühle am Strand müssten erneuert werden. Wir fanden das Hotel im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Costa Rica etwas zu teuer.

A gem of a place
Pros:

What's not to like about this place! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough to get you through a mornings sightseeing. On our last morning we watching the monkeys on the roof next door having their morning roll around too. The room was large, clean and had what we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet location.

Cons:

Don't be fooled by 'a garden view' room. No garden, a small courtyard that is blocked off so no natural sunlight can get into the room we were in. As we were only there to sleep it didn't detract from our stay at all

Ganz besonderer Pura Vida Vibe!

Sehr schöne und stilvolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand mit ganz besonderem Pura Vida Vibe! Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilft dir sogar dabei, Tiere zu finden. Die liebe Saray hat uns an der Bar mit leckeren Drinks und Snacks zu fairen Preisen verwöhnt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und alle Wünsche wurden uns erfüllt. Auch Touren kann man über das Hotel buchen, bei denen wir einen privaten, sehr netten und kompetenten Guide Jonny vermittelt bekommen hatten! Touren finden abseits von den großen Touristen Touren statt und sind sehr empfehlenswert. Zu unserer sehr frühen Abreise, kam das Personal extra früher, um uns Frühstück to go zu richten und unser Gepäck zu transportieren. Wirklich ein ganz besonderer Ort, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke an alle für die unvergessliche Zeit hier! :)

Pros:

The best part of our stay here were the staff, so kind and so helpful. A special shout out to Cooper the manager, Sofia our driver, and the lovely ladies at breakfast. Incredible location with sea front but short walk into the town centre. Exceptional service arranging transport and tours, we booked transport from San Jose and to Cahuita as well as a night tour and a boat tour - all went as planned. Room very comfortable and spacious, good beds, and lovely decor (we booked slightly bigger option). Breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall quiet and were able to get good nights sleep here. Very much recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only small complaint I would have is that our shower wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived - there was a lot of hair balls from previous guests. The room was cleaned in the morning and evening time on day one, which we read was the norm there, but then it didn’t happen again in the evening times after that so the room did accumulate quite a bit of sand.
