Pros:

Clean, and elegantly furnished comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay!

Cons:

Busy Location in the heart of the town, criwded, heavy traffic. But we were aware of these aspects while booking .

- Le système de gestion par tablette de la chambre
- Chambre propre
- Personnel au petit soin
- Restaurant au niveau pour le prix (buffet à 20€ le soir environ par personne)
- Petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation pas mal non plus)

Cons:

- Bruyant du au bruit venu de l'extérieur. Proche mosquée et bruit de la ville important.
- Climatisation trop froide quand on sortait de la chambre car préréglé pour se remettre en route à 20 °C. Gros choc thermique en rentrant dans la chambre. Heureusement tablette simple à utiliser mais le mal est fait.
- La vue pas terrible sur un parking auto.

Improve or quit hospitality business.
Pros:

Breakfast area is crowded with very little help from staff. You need to wait for 30 minutes before you get table. While checking in the rooms were not ready and we waited till 1730 hrs. We filed a complaint with booking.com with no result. It was waste of time with full payment.

Evrything.
1. Check in should be quicker. rooms should be ready as per declared hotel policies.
2. Breakfast should not have so much waiting period
3. There should be more items in the breakfast.
4. Items should be available for breakfast. We do not visit the breakfast area to read "Labels"

Helpful, courteous staff and pleasant stay
Pros:

Tastefully decorated rooms. Very clean. Breakfast was delish.
When we ran into a problem with our luggage at Pondicherry airport, the staff, especially Divya, the duty manager, made arrangements to help us out. Staff are pleasant, courteous and well trained.

Décoration raffinée, piscine élégante et Pettit déjeuner incroyable avec des préparations locales faites en direct par les chefs.
Les services sont au top ainsi que les chambres (mode sommeil qui peut être activé avec un réveil etc).
