Great place to stay, Courteous Staff, Overpriced Food at Terrace Restaurant (not value for money)
Pros:

Excellent facilities. Warm and cordial staff. Special mention for Payel Mondal and Divya, who were extremely courteous. Apologies I don't recollect all the names of the staff members. The way every staff member greets every time they see you is nice. Thumbs up and 5 stars. Perfect place for the family. I am sure the swimming pool would have been nice, I missed checking and using that. Great breakfast buffet spread - top notch quality and great variety!! Aiklida at the 1st floor restaurant took good care of us during the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Location is good with nearness to rock beach, white town and an amazing Ganesh Temple, but it was way too crowded, may be because it was Saturday night, but still. Restaurant at the terrace was nice with large fans keeping one cool, but the food was unbelievably overpriced, 700 INR for 5 puny little dumplings was beyond my understanding. The veg soup quantity priced at 350 INR left much to be desired. The main manager at the restaurant made us wait for 15 mins to come and take the order.. the staff went past by us, not even noticing us. It did sour the experience during dinner time. So, my advice will be to go for a great stay, pay through the nose if you want to have lunch and dinner, but enjoy the complimentary breakfast that came with the package.

Le service est très professionnel, très attentionné. Les demandes de check in très tôt ou de checkout très tard sont raisonnables. Vraiment un super endroit pour rester quelque jours en famille.
