Pros:

Very close to the train station and universal which was what we were looking for. Very refreshing to have a spacious room. Also appreciated the washer for laundry. The host was also good at responding quickly

Cons:

The 4 flights of stairs with our luggage was rough. We had back packs so it wasnt terrible bit someone with a giant suitcase would definitely struggle

Excellent choice
Pros:

Really happy about this place. It’s small but very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is also great - very close to the station that takes you anywhere you want to easily. For the price, I didn’t expect it to be this good. There were two double beds so we slept very comfortably. Check in/check out process is also easy.

Cons:

I didn’t know there’s no elevator so heads up in case you’re travelling with an old person or kids. It’s not that hard as there were only few stairs (we were at the third floor) but can still be a hassle with large luggage.

Great family stay!!😍
Pros:

We absolutely loved the location and the facilities! The place is very clean and beautiful, just as shown in the photos. It’s incredibly family-friendly and a perfect match if you are staying with kids.

Cons:

1. No elevator – it's a bit tough to carry large suitcases up the stairs, especially for families.
2. I would highly recommend adding a full-length mirror for dressing up

The walk back from the station is short, passing a supermarket and a convenience store. The interior is clean and cozy,
Pros:

It same as the photos online, has a good location, and has a wide variety of daily necessities.

コスパ良し！
Pros:

USJからほど近く、値段も手頃。家族4人が同じ部屋に泊まれる。

Cons:

大きな荷物で階段がきつかった。テーブルがなく食事時に困った。お風呂用の小さなタオルがなく、身体を洗えなかった。
