חופשה פשוט מעולה! דימיטרה מהקבלה היתה מקסימה ואדיבה, התקשורת איתה היתה קלה ונוחה. במקרר חיכו לנו מים קרים, פירות ובקבוק יין. ועוגיות קפה טריות וטעימות. וגם פינקו אותנו בבוקר האחרון בבוגטצה חמה וטרייה!
עיצוב חדש ומהמם של הבניין, משלב בין ישן לחדש, עיצוב החדר נעים ונוח היה בדיוק לטעמנו. ניקיון החדר היה מעולה. האזור שקט, ונעים מאוד לשבת במרפסת. בטוח נחזור שוב!!!

Great apartment in central location
Pros:

We had the two bedroom apartment on ground level of a traditional Athens building, some of the internally architecture retained which was nice - everything seemed to be brand new. The space was perfect for our family, comfortable beds, great kitchen and lots of storage and living space. Spotless when we arrived, plenty of towels and a welcome package of cheese, wine and biscuits. The location of Koukaki was perfect, quiet street, felt safe, right around the corner from lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes. We walked to the Acropolis with our kids (the flat way) and it was fine. The staff were great, always on hand if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Pros:

The freshest sheets I've ever slept on, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and efficient. The room was spotless and exceptionally clean. I would definitely return and highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Nothing about the apartment! Just the neighbourhood is a little hilly so always takes a bit longer than the eta from Google map. But very nice area.

Welcoming
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming. Most welcoming boutique I have been with a lot of small attentions and very responsive when we faced a small inconvenience. They reacted in minutes. They provided a lot of valuable guidance, and booked taxi for us. Artistes was amazing, really nice. Nice sunset view on the rooftop

Well appointed convenient apartment
Pros:

This apartment is in a gated area on a quiet street, compact but efficient. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and coffee set up, no dishwasher in the smaller unit. The management group does everything possible to support the clients. They physically moved our bags from one unit a block away when we decided to extend our stay in Athens. The left coffee fruit and cookies for snacks or breakfast. They arranged for cars (very competitive pricing) which made our stay much easier. We would recommend this place to anyone. Note: if you prefer a full size apartment, ask for it. They have both. The location of this building is a ten minute walk to “restaurant row” at the eastern base of the Parthenon where we highly recommend you visit (left out of building, left at the next corner until road bends left, then maybe 5 or 6 blocks). We found several truly excellent restaurants in that area and ample shopping. Many tour agencies are located on that area.

Cons:

Some steps in and out to street level might be difficult for some people.

l' areazione un po' scarsa trattandosi di un piano terra. Il divano letto un po' scomodo, ok per un bambino/ragazzo
