The hotel is well located, close to many restaurants

Cons:

The room had a musty smell, likely due to poor ventilation. The mattress was too firm for my personal preference. The pool area offers very limited seating and shaded spaces. The hotel feels somewhat dated, but overall it is consistent with the price paid.
The window from the room was very dirty, couldn't see clear to the outside

Cons:

Reserve una habitación y me dieron otra con especificaciones y comodidades diferentes. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, mandaron un técnico que lo revisó, sin embargo, nunca enfrió. El desayuno con servicio y comida muy regular.

Location and high level customer service from everybody in the staff: from maintenance to front desk, everybody was super helpful and warm.

Cons:

Breakfast options should be refreshed more frequently and cheeses and cold cuts should be put on ice for preservation.
