Budget stay but at upper end
Pros:

Great location and close to everything that you need except a laundromat. Provides you with the basics. Close to airport bus pickup/drop off and train station

Cons:

Fur the piece, a coin operated laundromat would be highly beneficial. The closest one was about a km away.

Entspannter langer Urlaub mit viel Sightseeing in Seoul
Pros:

Für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt, bei dem man nur nachts im Zimmer ist, mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt, Myeongdong ist in der Nähe, Seoul Station ist 10min. entfernt, den großen Palast Gyeongbok kann man zu fuß in ~20min. Gehzeit erreichen. Der Airport-Bus hält in der Nähe (vom Flughafen kommend, allerdings mit einem Underpass erreichbar).

Cons:

Das King-Size Bett kommt mit nur einer großen Decke für beide Leute. Hier kann man aber an der Rezeption nach einer Zusatzdecke fragen, die man kostenfrei dazu bekommt. Keine schallisolierten Fenster, man hört also auch durch geschlossene Fenster noch Geräusche, da das Hotel aber in einer Seitengasse ist, nicht sehr dramatisch, gehört aber erwähnt.
