Cons:

Worst experience. The day of my booking I already arrived in the city and was on the way to the hotel. They called me and said when will you come? Also bookings.com has shown less proce for your room , it is not this price and quoted that "we take 3000rs charges for the room". I never went to the hotel. These people were not truthful at all.
