Good value for money, and the connecting rooms are a great feature.
The female staff member who checked us in (at around 4:45–4:50 PM) had a very poor attitude. We don’t speak Japanese, but instead of trying to help, she repeatedly said, “OK? OK?” in an impatient manner. She also almost threw the instruction sheet toward me instead of handing it to me politely. It made us feel unwelcome and left a very disappointing first impression.
Good hotel of the standard Japanese style. Friendly staff. Close to transport, and easy to get to Haneda airport
The on-site bathhouse is a little small, after the first use I preferred the shower in my room. The extractor fan in the bathroom is a little noisy and can't be turned off

there did not issue me a receipt as requested. booking.com does not issue receipts anymore , instaed I have to argue with hotels that they issue a receipt for the money I paid to booking.com. weird? anoying. no help from b.com no help from the hotels. gave up after 30 mins. last time that i used b.com
