Elendig personale men fantastisk manager som forstår ens behov og ønsker
Cons:

Personale var virkelig skuffende. Men Cluster General Manager Fatih Baycan trådte ind til sidst og gav os en virkelig stor hjælp og kompensation som plaster på såret efter vores 2 skuffende dage hos Marriott.

Es ist ein sehr modernes Hotel und es hat alles gehalten was es versprochen hat.

Cons:

Dass Hotelgäste an der Ysabel Society Bar ohne Voranmeldung nicht Zutritt erhalten. Nach der ersten Dousche, sickerte Wasser zum Gang, wir legten ein Frotteetuch um Schaden zu vermeiden.
