Excellent Service from the team. Felt very welcomed
Pros:

Exceptional service from Jane and Bernard. We needed to change our reservation last minute as we were bringing our 1yo. Professional team. Clear communication, very thoughtful. Extra futon and room upgrade options were given. We were happy and very well facilitated throughout our stay even though it was NY holiday.

Cons:

Location was a bit far from metro station around 10 min walk, but it's in a modern, quiet neighborhood with 711 and Lawsons closeby.
