Great hotel but tricky parking
Pros:

The central city location was great. The room was a great size and comfortable. The bar area in the hotel was cute and cocktail happy hour was a nice pre-dinner option

Cons:

It was a pain to have off-site parking at skycity. Despite what hotel staff said, every time we left the carpark we couldn't get out initially and had to use the call button to talk to a staff member to let us out. Stressful when other cars are behind you

A un toasted cold samwhich
Pros:

Very friendly and helpfull staff

Cons:

I ordered room service the toasted samwhich I received was not really toasted the cheese was bearly melted the middle was cold the over all samwhich was dissmal.

Cons:

The flashing light in our room by the fire alarm. Very annoying. I’m sorry we didn’t say anything. But would stay again.

Overall was a great stay and I would deff come back!
Pros:

The rooms were very comfy, food at the restaurant was good too!

Cons:

The car parking area was not on the premises, you had to park at the sky tower and walk down, was dark at night
