Ótima localização, no coração central de Auckland. Ótimo lugar para quem tem pouco tempo ou prefere um local mais central para visitar a cidade.

Cons:

Check-in tardio acaba sendo muito limitado, muito por conta do oferecimento de valores para late check-out. Parece besteira, mas ainda acho que um pouco de flexibilidade, ajudaria muito.

This place was amazing, loved our stay here. Every thing was perfect. The king bed was amazing, so comfy, the rooms were so clean and smelt amazing. The double vanities were a treat. Breakfast was delicious. So handy to local public transport, was an easy commute to the rugby. Had read a few reviews about parking prior to our stay, so were a bit worried, but no need, super easy to find and handy, also not far from hotel, easy walking distance. The only downside was, we wished we had booked to stay longer.

It was a perfect experience, could not fault the place

An absolute 10/10 stay!
Pros:

An absolute 10/10 stay! Everything about this hotel was exceptional, from the pristine cleanliness and modern facilities to the incredibly comfortable room. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic selection.
The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the Sky Tower and surrounded by an amazing vibrant mix of cafes, bars, and eateries. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff that were helpful.

Cons:

The dining, room service and breakfast options could be more child friendly. This is most likely outside the hotels control but the footpath outside is steep and as it also undulates quite a bit it makes it a challenge for those without A1 mobility.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, attractive and modern, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the curtains blocked out the light well. A bus stop with a direct service to the airport was just a few minutes’ walk away.

Cons:

A deposit was required and was only returned a month later.

Gorgeous hotel that started our trip off with a little bit of luxury.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and luxurious, breakfast was fantastic, gym was great.

Cons:

Only downside was when booking we didn’t realise it was adjoining rooms, I thought it was a family room so we had to split a parent and child in each room as our youngest didn’t cope in a room with her brother.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

Good location for an overnight stay. Close to Skytower.
Excellent chef in the restaurant. Had the best steak I have had for many years. Staff were excellent throughout.
