Pros:

El lugar es muy cómodo, tener el parking al lado es genial, solo estuvimos una noche así que no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar las comodidades. La anfitriona contesta muy rápido ante cualquier duda, no dudaría en volver a alojarme en su casa.

Cons:

Lo único que nos tocó subir dos pisos por escalera y al ser mayores se complica un poco. Pero no es un problema

La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer tout comme la cuisine commune…
De plus les autres locataires étaient très peu respectueux des autres : bruits en pleine nuit (claquage de portes, discussions dans le couloir) et lumière constamment allumée…
La fenêtre ne se fermait pas en totalité, on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dehors…
A l’avenir pensez à un investir dans des volets pour éviter d’avoir le lampadaire toute la nuit.

It was fine for my 2 night stay. Unsure if I would book again.
Pros:

Convenient location, easy to access downtown and many stores, restaurants nearby. The house is spacious. Shared amenities like kitchen and washroom are well maintained. Minimal toiletries provided but all the basics are there.

Cons:

Bedroom and third floor in general needs more deep-cleaning. Once you go upstairs from the second floor, the ground and stairs are all carpet. The carpet is full of stains. Bedroom needs to be cleaned more attentively, small debris stuck in the carpet, there was even a green pill lying on the ground in the far corner (opposite from door). Rug that is placed over the carpet is not flat, multiple cuts and folds, could be a tripping hazard.

Lieu calme proche du centre, prix raisonnable pour être proche du centre-ville.

Cons:

Propreté laisse à désirer. Les tapis des escaliers et de la chambre sont très sales (noircis, moisissures). Il y a des trous dans les murs, le miroir déposé au sol. Ils mettent des « airwick » dans les chambres, comme pour camoufler une odeur de renfermé.

It was quite and relaxing.
Pros:

Its decent, cozy and spacious.

Cons:

The lid of a the toilet bowl on the second floor needs to be fixed. When you sit it, its moving. And also the sofa bed at the Aurora Room has marks/spots. Looks not decent. 😊

Very cute but try to stay on the middle level for the best comfort.
Pros:

The house was so cute and the common areas were very cozy. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing was we were at the top floor and the bathroom on this floor was very small and also dirty. Could be that the rest of the guests were guilty for this mess but it did make it hard to feel comfortable taking a shower. The last day we ended up going to the downstairs bathroom just because the upstairs was full of hairs on the floor. Also, maybe because we were on the top floor, but we killed two huge spiders that were on the wall.

Pros:

Facile d’accès et stationnement gratuit. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Il y avait des chenilles dans la salle de bain, beaucoup de toiles d’araignées dans la chambre (même une araignée écrasée). Il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé, alors que c’était dans l’annonce. Lorsque j’ai demandé, ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient venir le jour même et ne sont jamais passés mettre l’air climatisé. Au 3e étage, il faisait super chaud et il y avait une forte odeur de refermé. Les tapis de l’étage sont tachés. La douche est soit brûlante, soit gelée. Celle du 3e étage n’était pas propre, nous avons pris celle du 2e. La chambre n’avait pas l’air de ce que nous avons réservé en ligne,
