Will not book the place again
Cons:

No hot water for 3 days, owner didnt even bother to attend the complain when raised....

Room was unclean when I arrived, foul smell in the room

If they work on those its Good place to be.
Pros:

Quite and close to Downtown

Cons:

Floor carpet was Dirty and I couldn't sleep block my nose because of smell and bedsheets was not clean either and coach was very dirty apart from that its Good quite place.

Very nice accomodation at a very reasonable price. I will book again when I next visit Ottawa.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy. It was obvious that this multi-occupant rental accomodation was well-managed, and constantly looked after.
Free parking. Very useful because once in Ottawa, I usually leave my car and get around by bike.
Elissa responded to my queries very quickly and professionally.
Very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Cons:

There was some small damage to a bathroom fixture (TP dispenser), which made reaching the TP roll awkward... I notified Elissa about this . That's it. Everything else was great.

Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; nette Unterkunft! Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert!

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist doch sehr klein & spärlich eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber! Die Gegend an sich ruhig, aber viele Obdachlose, vor allem bei Nacht!
