離車站鬧區較遠。房間很寬敞，有三人床；設備老舊但整潔，燈光較昏暗。

房間空間很大，三人房的床鋪是三張單人床，非常符合我們姊弟三人的需求。
有沙發椅、茶几及冰箱，很大的衣櫃，可當書桌的化妝台，化妝台鏡子很大；浴室夠寬敞，也有一面很大的鏡子。

Cons:

各項設備稍微老舊了些，但看起來還算整潔。房間燈光比較昏暗。
離彰化火車站稍遠(1.6公里)，附近可逛的不多。(僅南瑤宮為重要景點)
