Excellent
Pros:

Third time I have stayed here in the same apartment. Great location for visiting my son, walking distance to all amenities or tram right outside for further. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Provide some cloth for washing and drying dishes

Good apartments, except for number 35, the staff is not very friendly
Pros:

The second apartment that was provided to us was very good, it had everything we needed, a terrace, very clean and pleasant.

Cons:

At first, we were put in an apartment under the roof of N35, it was dirty, uncomfortable, the floor and walls were broken in places, the photos did not match the one in Booking. My children and I were very upset and contacted the administrator, he called a translator, we explained our problem for half an hour, only when the translator translated our words literally without censoring, we were given another room - comfortable and clean.

Prima appartement vlakbij centrum
Pros:

Perfecte plek, tramhalte heel dichtbij. Eerste indruk receptie en binnenplaats rommelig ( er wordt ook verbouwd) , maar appartement ( wij hadden de luxe ) was prima en het personeel is zeer hulpvaardig. Groot, schoon, netjes appartement met yaccuzi en prima bedden.

Cons:

Parkeren kan op de binnenplaats en in aparte garageboxen. Best prijzig, 25-30 €. Wij hadden een box gehuurd, maar moesten door een kapotte auto die de garage blokkeerde twee dagen op de binnenplaats staan. Daar staat een boom die heel veel takken en hars loslaat. Onze auto zit er helemaal onder. We waren al een kwartier bezig om de voorruit schoon genoeg te krijgen om te rijden.
Keukengerei kan beter. We misten een vergiet en kommen voor soep bijv.

Прикольно, комфортно.
Pros:

Привітні працівники, приємний інтерʼєр, ліфт, зручне користування апартаментами через ключ-карту. Місцерозташування ніби центр столиці, але водночас тихо і нижче можна добре поїсти.

Cons:

Заселення після 16.00, брудна підлога, поруч трамвай їздить-шумно. Заплатили за 4-ох, але 2-оє спали на кухні. Також бажано застеляти ковдрою ліжка(наприклад хочеться лягти, а ти не можеш бо чиста біла постіль і тільки для сну).
