Igényes, kellemes időtöltésre alkalmas, a közelben van gyakorlatilag minden amire az embernek szüksége van.
Pros:

Tetszett a mediterrán stílus, otthonos, rendezett és tiszta volt. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész volt és kedves. Sajnos a Mamám rosszul lett, így mentőt kellett hozzá hívni. A személyzet mindenben is segített ezügyben, még mikor a kórházban voltunk akkor is érdeklődtek hogy minden rendben van-e. Miután sajnos de egyedül hazaértem a kórházból eléggé későn mert a Mamát bennt tartották, külön hidegtálat készítettek nekünk vacsorára és gyümölcsöket adtak mellé és finom vizet mellé.
A szállás tiszta, rendezett és igényesen megvan csinálva. Az ágyak rendkívül kényelmesek, a SPA részleg is szépen felvan újítva. Legközelebb is jövök!/jövünk!
A reggeli nagyon finom volt meg a vacsora is!

Cons:

Nem tudok konkrét olyan dolgot mondani ami nem tetszett, mindenben eléggé flexibilisek voltak a dolgozók.

Közel a Balaton.
Nagyon szép hotel!
Svédasztalos étkezés választékos és finom!
Szép wellness részleg!

Cons:

A szobában az ágy borzalmas... folyamatosan szét csúszott és a matracok közé estünk. Azért ez egy több csillagos hotelnêl elég kellemetlen.

Chuyến đi vui và thành công.
Pros:

Bữa sáng tốt, địa điểm nằm không xa bờ hồ Balaton, không gian bên ngoài được trồng cây xanh, luống hoa đẹp mắt.

Cons:

Nếu có thể phòng nên rộng hơn một chút.

Vo všeobecnosti hotel super, služby slabšie
Pros:

Super raňajky, pekný wellness, krásny hotel, čistota. Medzi výhody (zároveň nevýhody) - hotel píše family ale popravde je 90% obsadenosti seniormi. Pozitívum- žiaden detsky krik, negatívum ak ste neskoršieho roku narodenia a hľadáte zábavu alebo vyžitie pre dieťa

Cons:

Zamestnanci nevedia anglicky, nevšímajú si, vypýtala som si sódu, dostala som najdrahšiu minerálku. Neochota, na izbe neboli papuče. Večere síce píšu do 21 ale už pred 20 bol telefonát že či sme už boli, jedlo vyjedené a počas toho ako sme sedeli na večeri tak už balili.

leckeres Essen ,schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Es waren größere Reisegruppen an manchen Tagen im Hotel, leider gab dann am Büfett eine Schlange von gefühlten 20 Personen.
Das sollte besser Organisiert werden das die Hotelgäste wo mehrere Tage da sind nicht das nachsehen haben.

Das Hotel ist nichts außergewöhnliches, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck absolut.
Pros:

Unterkunft war modern, das Badezimmer groß und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Es ist sehr heiß im Zimmer, Klima vorhanden. Essen war mittelmäßig.
