Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Staff welcoming and friendly, loft room amazing for our family of 4 😍 pool beautiful ❤️ shampoo, conditioner delightful, would happily stay again! Location easy to get grabs to and from Gurney bay etc. 10 minute walk to a big lotus at island plaza for essentials. Food on the doorstep.

Cons:

Honestly nothing. A fabulous stay.

We were in tow separate room,the room size was small and there is no closest only hanger there is no side table or dinning table, breakfast served in the room, the breakfast option was below the expectation and not suitable for children

Pros:

The appartment was a duplex and the size was enormous. I seriously liked that. The facilities in the room were equally fantastic.

Cons:

The room upstairs, though extremely spacious, unfortunately is rather warm. The airconditioning cant seem to cool that vast space properly. The breakfast too could do with some improvement.

Overall value for money.
Pros:

Overall very clean, good service and excellent amenity.

Cons:

It would have been better for my back if the mattress was harder. We ordered breakfast, we would appreciate it we could just be informed what’s in the menu in advance.

Pros:

The spacious seating area and bedroom are separated. Pantry well equipped with cutleries, microwave.. toilet is spacious too.
This round, my 2nd visit to this hotel, staffs at the concierge and registration were more friendly and helpful. Thanks Malika and the staffs.
