It was nice. A bit far from downtown. But you can easily get a grab car. It’s convenient if you want to visit the beache

Great stay during working days.
Pros:

- All the staff were great and friendly!
- Clean and comfy room.
- The hotel smell great too.
- Indoor swimming pool (not that big but it was ok)

Cons:

- No buffet breakfast, meals were packed and guest need to pick up at lobby. I paid room with breakfast but unfortunately I felt lazy to get them from the lobby. Such as waste.
- Parking using lift so lowered cars cannot enter the car lift, need to park in front of the hotel which was limited.

Everything was good, very nice place. All staff were friendly. No issues at all. I’d stay here and come back for sure!

Everything was good. The only thing that would make it better is the water machine in outside the room to be cold.

Underrated gem in the heart of penang - my favourite stay in my 2-month tour of SE Asia.
Pros:

Loved this underrated gem of a hotel and wish I had taken the leap of faith to book it initially for my 10-day trip
It is close enough to access everything you need and want but not in the centre of the hustle and bustle. There are two small malls with an anytime fitness centre (gym) a 5-minute walk away, a new hawker centre (2 minute walk), restaurants and a Lotus (supermarket) nearby.
If I ever return to Penang, this will definitely be my hotel of choice. At first I was a little skeptical based on the reception area and check-in but desoite intial impressions, I was blown away by everything - it met my needs perfectly. It has a decently equipped gym, sunbathing area and pool. Although it is covered so the sun does not hit you directly, I used it as a place to relax and watch a movie in the evenings, watch the sunset and obeserve the fireworks as it was Eid during the time of my visit.
The staff were all fabulous, staying there for over a week, I got to meet/see most staff and they were all polite, helpful and I felt like I was a part of the team. They accommodated my requests and gave me an upgrade which was appreciaated. I thought I had booked an extension but hadn't and they didn't rush or stress me about anything which was greatly appreciated. I was also invited to an event to plant flowers where I got to meet and speak to the manager of the hotel.
The room was beautifully decorated, had everything I needed and I enjoyed spending time relaxing on the balcony and/or watching TV in my apartment.
There are a few minor improvements which can be made to consistency/clarity around timing and process of room cleaning and how to utilise the information on the TV re: things to check out, places to visit etc (but I didn't take time to go through the channels initially) but other than that - everything was fabulous. I honestly loved my stay there.

Cons:

Honestly - loved it all. A few very minor points to elevate my experience.
Amazon Prime access on the TV would be a bonus for those who do not have access to Netflix.
The water/coffee/biscuit selection at reception could have variation on different days.

Great hotel for a short stay in Penang
Pros:

Modern room with a great view of the city. Large, comfy bed. Room was clean and included many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Everything. Location is great, close to many restaurant. There is a bus stop 1 minutes from the hotel. There's a 24 conv store next to the hotel. Room was super clean, new and functioning well. Warm water from the shower come out without having to wait for too long. Bed was super comfy. Pool and gym were also nice. Staffs were helpful as well. Excellent.
