Average. I’d rate it 5 out of 10. For 2000 rupees a night I expected much better.
Pros:

Room size is very good. Good location.

Cons:

Poor hygiene of the room. Manager had not switched on the motor for the pump so there was no water till 8 am in the morning which is just ridiculous for someone who has to leave before that. Pillow covers were unwashed and dirty.

Passable
Pros:

Room was good with 2 single beds, one kitchen area and attached toilet and bathroom.

Cons:

Microwave, shower mixer not working, very dangerous. There is no electric tea kettle, no room service, toilet seat fastening nuts missing hence toilet seat was loose.
