Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location
Pros:

Excellent stay in Tokyo. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Higashi Shinjuku Station, with bus stops nearby that made it easy to get around the city. The apartment felt much more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a housekeeping service option for guests staying multiple nights, even if it comes at an additional cost. Since we stayed for 5 nights, having the option for light cleaning, or housekeeping during the stay would have made the experience even better.

Comfortable but with some drawbacks
Pros:

Well equipped and easy check in

Cons:

It’s adjacent to a seedy neighborhood which can be avoided but is a bit creepy if you wander into it (and I grew up in NYC in the 70’s). The shower room feels institutional.

I would definitely recommend and would stay here again when visiting Tokyo

Clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Easy check in even though it was self check in. Super simple. Just follow the instructions!!! Clean room. Great AC for the hot days! Will return on my next trip back to Tokyo!!!!
