Hot water in shower was only warm not hot and the pressure was ordinary. heater or hot water service from neighbouring room was a bit loud.

Convenient place to stay and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location - we could walk easily to Manuka and Kingston. The apartment is well equipped with comfortable beds and efficient heating. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful.
