The what’s app directions to find the car park (which are clearer and with pictures) would have been a lot more helpful if shared either us early on the morning of arrival and not at 1.30pm

An excellent stay.
Pros:

They've managed to combine beautifully the period structure of the house whilst offering up-to-date modern bedrooms giving it a pleasant aesthetic.
The location was excellent, a stone's throw away from the Stadhuys and the river.
Staff were helpful, efficient abd professional.

Pros:

It was very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is brand new and was still undergoing renovations (that didn't interrupt my stay at all) and a pool and restaurant is being installed. Will stay next time i visit very comfortable beds too.

Cons:

The room i was in had no windows facing outside, but it's window did face an empty effectively unused hall. The installed shade curtains were thick and let the natural light from the halls skylights into the room without visibly being able to see inside. There were also very good curtains for complete blocking out of light as well. This was a very minor issue that did not effect me in anyway and I would happily stay in the same room again.

Urban, clean, estetic,unique and comfortable. Staff was very friendly n helpfull.

Cons:

About the lift.I just found oku lift. Huhu. N the location ok but parking too far from hotel. Im a wonen n its quite dangerous if i walk alone to parking. But overall so good

Pros:

Room's layout is well designed and has separate toilet and shower. the retractable screen that drops down from the ceiling in lieu of a TV works well. I really like the night lit light switches and charging ports near the bed. location is close to a lot of tourist spots

Cons:

the room has no view apart from looking out of the window at the roof tiles of the next building block 5 metres away.

Great location, just a lovely boutique hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is so clean and fresh and smells devine. It is quiet and our room was lovely and quite large. It is in a fabulous location, close to the river and a short walk to Jonker Street and an abundance of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.
