Pros:

Staff was proactive, asking for my carplate number before i arrived to register for the free car park. Room is very nicely furnished, high tech curtains and projector TV which exceeded expectations. Whole hotel is well maintained and clean. Walking dist to red square and Jonker street, great location

Cons:

A room away from the main corridor would be good, noise insulation is so so. But a very minor point

Location is good but.....

Cons:

It is a kids friendly hotel. There are playgrounds in their own hotel room so expected noisy level 10/10. Parents shouting at their kids at our room door etc....For guest who doesn't like noise pollution can look for other place.

Enjoyable stay at the hear of Melaka
Pros:

Location was very central, close to Jonker street.
We booked the family slide deluxe suite, which was great. The kids enjoyed it thoroughly.
Service was good. They gave us a welcome drink and a free Viento tote bag.

Cons:

Similar to other reviews, it is true that soundproofing is an issue. Our room was on the first floor so a lot of people walked past it. We could hear people walking and talking, and could also hear the footsteps from the room above us.
Note that there is no natural sunlight window. There are windows but facing/opening towards internal hotel walkway which are covered by curtains. Wasn’t a big issue for us since we only stayed one night.

Pros:

So pretty the interior design. The room looks exactly like advertised

Comfortable, clean and fantastic location
Pros:

Location and super friendly staff. Comfortable beds and reasonably quiet. Very clean. Great get away!

Cons:

Not much really. The room above us was noisy with kids stomping, which shock the projector screen, which would reset the TV each time - just a bit annoying if you were watching something.
