Pros:

I booked this property through Booking.com because I am a premium customer and have booked many properties through your platform in the past. I always prefer booking through your platform because I expect a good experience and want to enjoy quality time with my family.

Unfortunately, this time the property was a complete disappointment and did not provide value for the money we paid.

The room service was extremely poor, and basic facilities were not properly available. The biggest issue was with the room door lock. The key was not working, and even after repeatedly complaining, we received no proper response from the staff.

My family and I had to wait outside our room for around 15–20 minutes because the key was not working. We tried calling the reception from the adjacent room, but there was no response. Eventually, I had to personally go to the reception and complain. After that, someone came and opened the room after around 5 minutes.

This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially when travelling with family. The service and overall experience were nowhere near what we expected for the price we paid.

I would strongly suggest everyone to compare this property on other platforms before booking through Booking.com. I genuinely hope Booking.com takes such complaints seriously and ensures that customers receive the quality of service they are paying f

Overall it was nice experience to stay with Hotel Radisson....
Pros:

Right from entrance to drop in area , everything is good... They welcomed us like maharajas... Food is bit costly but it was tasty.... Swimming pool was awesome... Since it was my birthday they made all arrangements in my room, decorated it & provided Pineapple cake as well... Stay was memorable for us as we went there to celebrate my birthday...

Cons:

Food was bit costly...Even morning breakfast was around 1200 + tax

It was an amazing experience
Pros:

One of the best properties have ever experienced, staff was so polite and well trained and helped us with every single thing we wanted. They greeted us with warm welcome eveni when we checked in late evening.
Special thanks to Santosh and Sai who were always available to help guide with anything and everything.
Rooms were hygiene and food was amazing

Excellent and worthwhile for a short break
Pros:

The Resort was great. A pure vegetarian resort the food was good and service impeccable. The chef was at all tables at all time taking in feedback on the food.

Cons:

Indoor Gaming zones could have been air conditioned.

Pros:

The resort works as an okayish getaway. The facilities are all there. The staff is polite and attentive though the response time is slow. Food is good and tasty though menu is limited and all veg.

Cons:

As a location Hathgad doesnt have much to offer and beyond the resort nothing mucj to do. The property is small and village just abuts the property. We could here speaker playing from the village in the property. The resort is expensive given these limitations

Cons:

It was a very nice property with amazing location and a very hospitable staff. The food was also very nice. We spent a weekend here and it was extremely peace and quiet.
