Un albergo che ci sta!
Pros:

Posizione piuttosto comoda, vicino a diverse fermate della metro. Camera che, sebbene piccola in pieno stile giapponese, aveva tutto il necessario (microonde, piccolo frigo, tazze, oltre a spazzolino e dentifricio, rasoi, spazzole per capelli, pigiama).

Cons:

Ovviamente la stanza era davvero piccola (non riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie), ma quello ce lo aspettavamo. La cosa più deludente è stato lo staff: qualche giorno prima del check out avevamo chiesto alla reception se si occupassero del servizio spedizione bagagli (avevamo prenotato un altro albergo della stessa catena per facilitare), ci avevano risposto di sì, ma quando siamo arrivati la mattina del check out a far spedire le valigie ci hanno risposto che o lo facevamo da soli su internet (ci abbiamo provato, ma ahimè per noi era complesso, e lo staff non è stato d’aiuto) oppure andavamo ad un konbini (che è poi quello che abbiamo fatto, risolvendo la questione in modo semplice e veloce). Da questo punto di vista sicuramente ci aspettavamo maggior trasparenza e maggior aiuto da parte del personale.

Good value for money
Pros:

Straightforward, clean, staff is very nice, there's a wash&dry option for a few hundred yens. Many metro lines around, well connected area.

Cons:

I couldn't open my window, it's probably a policy for the whole place, as I've heard other tourists also complain. Staff offered to open it for them. I didn't need to in the end, as I used the air filter & hummidifier they provided.

la ventilation marchait (heureusement car la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas)

Cons:

quartier proche où il n'y a pas grand chose mais à 20min de la Tokyo station et de Ginza
on sentait la nourriture des autres chambres via la ventilation

東京国際フォーラムのイベント時に利用しました
Pros:

東京国際フォーラムのイベントで利用しました。
コンビニや駅が近くて便利少し歩けばまいばすけっともあるので飲み物とか安く済ませられます。

ホテル出てすぐの最寄り駅の出入り口が階段しかないので機内持ち込みサイズだったから楽だったけど荷物が大きい方は大変かも…お出かけするには便利です！
