Comfortable stay, value for money with great location
Pros:

Location of this property is great. It is located in old quarter and is at walkable distance from some of the major attractions to visit in Hanoi.
Staff is super friendly and humble. They made us feel welcome and answered all our queries.

Hôtel qui annule à la dernière minute sans proposition de solution
Cons:

L'hôtel a annulé notre réservation la veille à la dernière minute et sans nous trouver un autre hôtel. Booking.com a rajouté une somme dérisoire du fait qu'une nouvelle réservation allait sans doute être plus cher. Nous n'avons rien trouvé à un prix abordable et nous avons rajouté une grosse somme d'argent (cela nous a coûté pour une chambre de 3 personnes environ 80eur par personne pour deux nuits au lieu de 25eur pour la 1ère réservation, excessivement cher pour un hôtel au Vietnam). J' ai fait une réclamation à Booking pour être remboursée de la différence totale et non de cette dérisoire proposition mais aucune nouvelle pour l'instant. C'est inadmissible.

Pros:

Det lå rigtig centralt, train street lå på vejen ved siden af. Personalet var mega søde og venlige, lukkede os ind om natten da vi kom med flyet. De skaffede os også et værelse til deres var klar til indcheckning kl. 14.

Vi boede på 4. Sal hvor wifi ikke virkede…

Pros:

Excellent location just off train street

Cons:

Could do with a clean in places, tops of wardrobes, staircase. Room we had booked was changed when we checked in, not sure the one we ended up in was the same standard.

Pros:

El agua caliente no funcionaba y lo solucionaron rapido y nos ofrecieron otra habitacion mientras lo arreglaban.
El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Al llegar nos dieron una habitacion que no era la que teniamos reservada, no se asemejaba nada a la que aparecia en las fotos y mucho mas vieja. Se lo comentamos a la de recepción y nos cambió a la que teniamos reservada.

Goede locatie, maar tegenvallend verblijf gehad

De locatie tov old town en train street

Bij aankomst,werd ik in een oude 1pers kamer afgedropt, zonder iets van comfort.
Terwijl ik de suite met balkon geboekt had. Deze was niet meer vrij. Ze hadden beloofd om 1nacht in een ander hotel te verblijven,en de andere 2 dan in mijn suite door te kunnen brengen.
In 3 dagen hebben ze niets aangegeven ,dat ik in men betaalde kamer kon ,en ben 3 dagen in een ander hotel verbleven.kamer was ok,maar zonder balkon.
Perfume was een héél lieve vrouw, maar de rest van het personeel totaal niet. Geen enkele keer goeie morgen gekregen ofzo bij het ontbijt. Héél jammer dat ik voor dit de volle prijs moeten betalen heb voor 3 dagen,terwijl ik nooit in het hotel kunnen slapen heb.

Tutto molto bello
Pros:

L’accoglienza top, sono super gentili e disponibili, colazione tipica e internazionale molto buona. Letto comodissimo e camera spaziosa e pulita. A due passi da train street. Una sera abbiamo chiesto se ci potevano preparare la cena tipica e oltre ad essere buonissima, non hanno neanche voluto soldi. Quando sono andata via e ho abbracciato la proprietaria mi è venuto il nodo alla gola. Torneremo sicuramente
PS: hanno un gatto stupendo 😍
