Overall, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were very small, the beds were quite hard, and the sink in our bathroom didn’t drain properly. We also had to change rooms because of these issues.

Much cheaper than the alternatives in the area. It was clean enough (but could have been better). The staff were incredibly kind and the breakfast was great value for money.
We came as a couple but they put us in a room with 2 beds which we ended up pushing together. They offered to move us the next night, but we declined this because it would be too much bother.
The beds were the worst I've slept on in years. Very hard, and my back hurt every night. I sleep on a fairly inexpensive ikea mattress at home and this would have been a huge upgrade. If the beds were better this stay would have easily been a 7 out of 10.
The air conditioner was a mixed bag: on one hand it did work very well (it was a bit cold in the bed which was directly under it, but some may like this). On the other hand, occasionally (probably when it was middle power, not max and not off) it would rumble like a loud diesel engine and shake the whole room especially when the window was closed. If they figure out the air conditioner noise this would vastly improve the stay.
The bathroom was very basic, and the shower head holder wouldn't stay attached to the wall or hold the shower. Some super glue would go a long way. The toilet seat also had some dents and some small stains that seemed to be there permanently. Perhaps investing in a replacement toilet seat would be great.
Another thing which would help is having some more plugs and extension cords so both partners can plug in their phones on a bedside table.
In classic Greek fashion they don't let you keep your room key, but there's someone at the front desk 24/7. Given this I'd have liked to lock up my valuables but the safe in the room didn't work, presumably because it didn't have batteries (this was certainly the case, it may have also had other issues).
Overall this could have easily been. 8/10 stay given how cheap it was and how awesome the staff was, but these few small things (and the air conditioner rumble, which may be a bit more expensive to fix) made it really disappointing.

Після виїзду ми могли лишити речі в готелі безкоштовно поки ми ще не поїхали в аеропорт.

Коли підходиш на рецепцію що зачекати на лисого чоловіка з бородою можна подивитись футбол.
При заїзді до готелю на рецепції лисий чоловік з бородою(вибачте,але ніхто з працівників не представився)не попередив нас про правила які є в цьому готелі,а тобто про те що сніданки не входять до бронювання,ціну цих сніданків,що у готелі є прибирання номерів і у який час це відбувається. Надалі це викликало деякі проблеми і жінка на рецепції спочатку розмовляла з нами досить грубо,була впевнена лише в своїй правоті,не хотіла слухати і перебивала.Вона сказала,що це проблеми букінга і ми повинні вирішувати це с ними,а після того як ми почали вирішувати це з букінгом вона вже почала більш ввічливо до нас ставитися. І коли я вже вирішила це питання через букінг і вже все «затихло»,пройшло декілька днів і на наступний день ми мали виїжджати лисий чоловік вирішив предʼявити мені претензії у формі пасивної агресії і прохання показати паспорт при купівлі алкоголю в готелі(я бронювала цей номер на свій паспорт і він бачив його в перший день).Я повідомила його про те що я показувала паспорт і він зробив вигляд,що він не памʼятає і після цього сказав мені «Так,це так само як із сніданком?»До іншої частини персоналу претензій немає.
У номері є кондиціонер,але на другий день і всі остатні 5 днів він періодинчно видавав якісь дивні звуки і це трохи заважало спати. Прибирання у номері дуже дивне,прибиральниця робить усе на вибір наприклад: Простирадло буде валятися скомкане на ліжку і зверху неї ми покладемо ковдру. Два великих рушники заберемо до пральні взамін дамо один маленький.А ще можливо вас попросять зачекати біля номеру,щоб прибиральниця прибрала бо потів в неї закінчується робочій день.На двох людей у номері ми отримали тільки одне простирадло і одну ковдру. На весь номер лише 3 розетки одна з яких для холодильника,друга просто на стіні посередині ну і одна біля ліжка,але стан в неї не дуже.І подушки якість дивні,на них не зручно спати і болить голова і шия.
