Aangenaam hotel

Next time we will stay in another hotel instead.
Pros:

Breakfast was bad as fresh squeezed juice wasn’t available. Congee was not hot enough and the quality wasn’t good at all. When we picked up some clean bowls for our congees, all the bottoms of the bowls were wet.

Cons:

We complained to the chef during breakfast. He then told the staff to make us some fresh squeezed juice. He also made some congees for us from the kitchen but again, the congee wasn’t hot and rich and thick enough. The congee was still in lumps, it wasn’t stirred enough.

very nice hotel, good breakfast spread

Lovely stay! Can't wait to be back next time!
Pros:

We loved our stay here, it was perfect to be honest! Super comfortable, clean & has a good location!

Cons:

I think they need a better system for breakfast! The breakfast buffet is really really famous here to the point the whole lobby would be filled with guests waiting for a table. When we gave our room number, they told us the wait would be 45mins. We waited for 45mins or more, (they served us coffee & tea while waiting by the way! really thoughtful) & when the time was up we checked twice to see if our table was ready. At our 2nd inquiry, they said we had already called for our room but no one came to look for us even though we were sitting out in the open & it seems someone else had taken our table instead. Regardless, they managed to arrange us the next table & got us seated which was great! However, I do think they need a better way to cater to their morning rush. Maybe scan room keys for confirmation & have a TV showing the room numbers when tables are ready instead of sending 1/2 staffs to go around the whole lobby looking for the right guests.

Comfortable and affordable stay in Melaka.
Pros:

Lobby is spacious and new but lack seating at the foyer. Room is big and spacious as well. Nice rain shower and toilet.

Cons:

Aircon is slightly weak and noisy, limited options on television (no YouTube or Netflix) despite the hotel being relatively new (opened in 2025). Would be better to provide hair conditioner as well.
