Good Hotel in a Good Location
Pros:

The room had been refurbished and looking modern. Bed was comfortable and amenities sufficiently provided. Bottles of water provided free of charge. Water pressure good. Sound proofing good. Lighting good. TV has lots of channels. Large room and bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing actually except the parking ramp which was very narrow and navigating the bend is not a for a less than average driver.

Een mooi hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt
Pros:

Entree hotel fantastisch. Er komt een fijne geur van jasmijn je tegemoet en lekker koel.
Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en erg goed. De kamer op de 20 verdieping was ruim. Mooi uitzicht over Melaka.

Pros:

The hotel had been refurbished and look great especially the rooms. Very modern and clean cut. The bed and pillows were comfortable and location is amazing. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Check in and check out process were smooth. Special shout out to En Sham the duty manager who resolved my parking issue after being informed.

Cons:

The reservation and concierge seems disconnected and ill informed abt my request for a car park reservation at valet area as the ramp going up to the 3rd Floor was just too tight and narrow. This was despite calls from me and having sent a message to the hotel in advance. They were clueless when I arrived. The hotel needs to think of an alternative parking for big cars or drivers having issues navigating tight corners and steep ramps. Luckily En Sham came to the rescue and save the day.

Pros:

Excelente desayuno y buenas camas, al igual que las almohadas. La ubicación no está mal, aunque queda a unos 15-20 minutos a pie de Jonker street y con el calor y la humedad se hace un poco pesado el trayecto. Tiene piscina para refrescarse y también gimnasio con un par de cintas para correr. El personal muy atento y amable.

Plenty of eating options just meters away from the hotel.
The hotel pool was great better than most hotel pools. Deep enough to enjoy swimming.
