Worst place to stay for relaxation

Nothing was there to like.

Cons:

Worst in Cleanliness, Room service, Staff behaviour, Food, swimming pool cleanliness...
Secondly, we had to give multiple reminders for all the basic thing like providing a person for carrying the luggage to the room, providing Water bottles, toiletry, room cleaning, bathroom shower not working, AC not working, giving complimentary breakfast,
So to summarise, it is the worst place to get relaxing vacation..

Unhappy with the services.
Pros:

Location was good. Swimming pool was nice.

Cons:

One has to get behind the staff to get the things done. Need to wait a lot for everything required.
Breakfast was pathetic. only option of Poha and Upma that too cold one. If asked, they reply this what you get free in package. you have to take water bottles your own from kitchen if required. Have to ask for towels and Soaps. No proactive approach

great place, good place to unwind
Pros:

very helpful staff, bfast was made as per our requirement, lovely location. the room was large and spacious. the staff was willing to listen to our requirements like tea will less milk and no sugar and do the needful

Cons:

no lift, my mother had to struggle up the stairs, bathroom needed to be cleaned, we had to ask for additional towels as there were 4 of us. room service was a little slow. Weekend had some bachelors from Mumbai
