La proximité avec la ville. Bons petits déjeuners. Personnel à l' écoute notamment Agustin qui nous a bien accueilli et renseigné.

Cons:

Pas très propre, trop de bruit avec la rue, baignoire glissante. Pas de porte manteau ou paterre pour les serviettes.
