Not value for money. But it’s okay to stay
Pros:

The property is in good location nearby all shops available.

Cons:

The rooms were very small for the money.
The bathroom and toilet was very tiny.
No proper hot water supply in bathroom
No change of bed sheets was done during the stay.
No cleaning was done during the stay.

Cons:

Very very work stay in our lifetime and the room& washroom it's not good bed also very worst , fan also not there and one more thing website it's showing check -out until 1pm they said to check out 11am
